We recognize the importance of fostering representation and diversity of all kinds across our creator network and brand partners. We invest resources to proactively recruit creators and brands from all backgrounds to empower them to build and scale successful businesses on the LTK platform.

Once in the LTK Creator network, all Creators have access to participate in support and education programs to help enhance growth on the platform. We constantly take feedback from our creator community to strengthen our community and are committed to bringing the LTK opportunity to creators from all backgrounds.

As part of our mission to help creator businesses grow, our LTK social channels serve to introduce our beautiful mosaic of LTK Creators to a worldwide audience. It is our commitment to consistently present LTK Creators of all backgrounds and to give visibility to their unique voices, stories and shoppable content.

Additionally, our commitment extends to building greater diversity in paid campaigns with our brand partners. We partner closely with brands on casting requirements to ensure better and consistent representation of diverse LTK Creators in each campaign. While we as a company have a duty to uphold our own values and policies, so too does our entire network of participating LTK Creators and brands. We do not tolerate discrimination on our platform or communication channels. We do not engage in, or promote, divisive conversations.
