Gift Guides feature
Gift Guides featured at the top of your Shop during the holiday season. Save time creating Gift Guide collages! This holiday season’s gift guide feature will emphasize your products - emulating a true e-comm gift guide experience for shoppers across top selling categories.
Your Gift Guides will be displayed seasonally at the top of your LTK Shop and on a dedicated Gift Guide page in the LTK shopping app.
After the holiday season, shoppers can browse the Product Sets you previously enabled as Gift Guides in the Products section of your Shop.
Trending Posts
Trending posts automatically resurfaces your trending LTKs.
Your LTK Shop automatically resurfaces your trending posts, based on a combination of shopper engagement, conversion and sales during a 30 day timeframe. Post at least 5 LTKs in 30 days to activate the Trending posts module (updated daily) for your Shop.
Products
Products is a content type of single products added to groups, displayed on your own LTK Shop for shoppers’ easy access. Have you wanted to feature products on your LTK Shop without having to shoot them in a styled photo, selfie, or collage? Now you can, with My Products in the LTK Creator iOS app.
Simply create an edit of your favorite products in a Product Set, and they’ll automatically be discoverable by over 10 million shoppers in the LTK app. And remember to share on your socials for a wider audience - you can share a direct link to each Product Set for quick and easy shopping.
My Products is a great way for you to broaden your product offer into new categories without shooting extra content.
Collections organize your LTK Shop
Collections allow you to curate and share groups of existing LTK posts, videos or gift guides featured at the top of your Shop! Save time for you and your shoppers by curating Collections by a theme—think Most Loved (Top Sellers), your favorite summer trends, and sale round ups—any content you would like to be found first or kept top of mind.
Maximize your earnings by aiding in shoppers’ discovery of your products and looks you know will sell. Publish a Collection, and share the direct link to your Collection across social, to help your followers find exactly what they are looking for.
If you notice a trend in your data, like the majority of your top products being blue jeans, create a dedicated blue jeans collection that your audience is sure to love.
Search within your Shop
Your LTK Shop is the flagship of your business where app users can follow you, search your content, and shop your posts.
Shoppers follow you and want your unique recommendations for everything—from ways to wear ankle booties, to the skincare products you use every morning. With your Shop's search feature, app users can search through your LTKs to find your images and videos featuring the products and brands they’re searching for!
Consider how shoppers will search your Shop when creating your content:
- Maybe they're interested in a product, but aren't quite convinced they need to buy it yet.
- By searching for a specific product and seeing all the various ways you've styled it, the versatility of that product is evident.
- Combine that with your selling know-how by providing sizing details in your post captions and in your bio, and you’re in a perfect position to grow your commission.

Promote your Shop
We recommend using all of your channels to promote your LTK Shop.
Instagram Stories Highlights are one of the most captivating ways to interact with your followers and educate them on how to use the LTK shopping app. Bring more exposure to your shoppable content and drive earnings with our downloadable templates!
By linking directly to your Shop URL in Instagram Story link stickers and your Instagram bio, your audience will be taken directly to your Shop in the LTK shopping app.
Add all of your linked Instagram Stories to dedicated highlights to continually drive traffic to your LTK Shop. Whenever a new Shopper clicks through on a link to your LTK Shop, Collections, or posts, they'll be added as a follower in the LTK app.
Benefits for followers in the app
Home feed alerts
A bubble linking to your profile will appear at the top of the user's home screen to show how many unseen posts are available to shop.
Post push notifications
Your followers will be notified when you have a new post on your Shop with a reminder to shop.
Auto-follow from social
When an LTK app user clicks through on an LTK link added as an Instagram Story sticker link, or any LTK link shared on social media, they'll automatically be added as a follower of your Shop.
Consistency is key:
- The more you post, the more traffic you can potentially drive to your shoppable content.

Schedule your posts in advance so you can guarantee visibility in your follower’s feed. Creators that use the LTK Creator app's scheduling tool to schedule at least 3 LTKs per month typically earn 35% more on average than Creators that schedule just 1-2 posts per month.

Post exclusive content in your LTK feed and tease it on your other social channels.
Edit your Shop profile bio
Use your Shop profile to tell followers who you are and what type of content you post. You can include:
• Profile image + background image
• Personal information
• Helpful shipping info + featured content
• Size, height, style description
Post LTK Videos
Video content is now the preferred medium across most social platforms. It's the best solution for keeping your audience’s attention—which is crucial as the population’s attention span continues to wane.
- Publish new LTK videos to support your existing content to make sure there’s a video option available any time a user searches your profile for a specific product.
- Use your analytics to identify top converting products, then film new LTK videos dedicated to each one of those products.
- Videos retain 9% more earnings in the LTK app in the days after they’re posted, so you’re more likely to capture commission in the long run. Video content allows you to bring emotional value to products, and give your followers the confidence to buy when you educate during your videos.

Caption best practices: Make your content discoverable with LTK Search
LTK app users can access search on the home screen to find exactly what they are looking for: products, retailers, or LTK creators. Tag relevant products to help shoppers find anything they need in a real-life context.
- The search function looks at the products and retailers you’ve tagged when deciding which content to surface in search results.
- This guarantees the best user experience for app users because sale conversion happens when shoppers find what they are specifically looking for.
Tag the most relevant product first
To optimize your posts for LTK Search, you’ll want to tag your hero items first. For example, if you’re optimizing your post for shoppers looking for dining room furniture, tag the products labeled “dining room chairs” and “dining room table” first. Bonus if your product names also include the words “dining room!"
Use descriptive selling language in your captions
You must include a short, punchy caption if you want to grow your earnings. LTK posts with a caption perform 15x better than posts without captions, so be sure to dedicate the time to crafting precise descriptions of the products you are selling. Aim to use 25-50 characters in your caption, as this length tends to perform better than posts with long captions. Captions are a great place to describe:
- On sale items
- Promo codes
- Color options
- Ways to style your look
- Why you love the products
Include up to 8 hashtags maximum in your LTK post captions
Use 3 LTK pre-formatted hashtags like #LTKunder50 when they're relevant to your post. Posts with the maximum of 3 LTK-branded hashtags have 46% higher earnings than posts with less than 3 LTK-branded hashtags.

- Posts featuring content from the LTKHome, LTKStyleTip, LTKSeasonal, LTKSaleAlert, and LTKunder50 hashtags tend to perform the best
- LTKBaby and LTKkids have the highest click-through-rates
Include 5 additional descriptive hashtags like #datenightoutfit or #beachvacation. Posts with organic hashtags describing the featured products or outfit convert 18% higher than posts without these additional descriptive hashtags.
- Include up to five organic, descriptive hashtags in addition to your 3 LTK-branded hashtags
- Use hashtags for any searchable outfit category that wouldn't be included in a product name for the items tagged to your post
- After 8 hashtags total, post earnings tend to drop!
Use the LTK Creator app's Exact vs Similar product tagging tool
Shoppers appreciate transparency, so be sure to post exact products when you can. You should also provide alternatives tagged as similar products so Shoppers can view and buy different options. We recommended 2-8 products tagged per post.
