- Determine your posting schedule across all platforms. How many times a day/week/month do you plan on posting to your blog, LTK, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc.?
Create a realistic posting schedule for all platforms, and then input this schedule into your calendar. You can also use Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Pinterest Analytics to see your most ideal days and times to post.
Pro Tip: Don’t be overly-ambitious about how many times to post. Set realistic goals you know you can hit! Stay consistent and keep up the good work creating strong, valuable content for your audience.
Social Promotion and LTK Post Planning
Social post planning is a great way to stay on track to meet your goals. Get in a routine of posting strategically and consistently to not only keep your current following, but also to help bring in new audiences!
Schedule social posts with your content calendar and space it out. Alternate days when planning out your social posts so you aren’t posting the same thing on the same day across every channel. Try playing around with your calendar to allow for higher visibility with new audiences. For example, if you promote a LTK post on Instagram or IG Stories the day the post went live, try re-promoting the same LTK post on Facebook the following day, or promote a blog post on Facebook for that day instead. Follow the same strategy with product mentions or sales.
Just remember: use slightly different verbiage on each platform so your content doesn't become repetitive!

Try using a scheduling tool that automatically posts for you! Tools like Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Postify allow you to schedule out all your social posts, select when you want them to go live, and push them out. This is a great way to batch posts at the beginning of each week so you can remain “active” without having to spend so much time on your social channels each day.
