What are Creator Product Reviews?

Just that. Keep your shoppers informed with a review of the fit and description of a product (think shade or color, material, or quality) right on your Shop. You’ll get credit for all of the work you do trying and styling products, and help drive purchase confidence in your shoppers to increase your earnings. LTK posts with Product Reviews convert 20-30% higher in the week after they’re published!

Save time answering DM’s when shoppers can easily find answers to their own questions in your product reviews. Add a review to a product just once and it will be saved with that product on all past and future LTK posts. 

Creator Product Reviews allow you to use your LTK Creator iOS App to add more information to your product cards. When a Shopper clicks the products you’ve tagged to your LTKs, they’ll see your own personal review. This product review can be used to answer questions about:

• How the item fits (decreasing your return rate when a Shopper knows to size up or down ahead of time!) 
• This is vital for all fashion category items 

• The size you ordered for reference 
• Shade or color (taking the guesswork out of which lipstick shade you’re wearing)
• Material (are the jeans stretchy, or rigid)
• Quality
• Application (think moisturizer or serum first, morning or night)
• This will be particularly helpful for fashion, beauty and home category items 

Now, you’ll get credit for all of the work you do trying on styles, and help drive purchase confidence in your shoppers. Save time answering DM’s when shoppers can easily find answers to their own questions in your product reviews by adding your real input for the most authentic shopping experience.

First, ensure your LTK Creator iOS app is updated. There are three ways you can add your Product Review to a product. One option for existing saved products in your Folders, and two options for adding reviews to new products.

To add a review to an existing product already in a folder - 

1. First, Go to your folders in the LTK Creator iOS App (fourth tab on the bottom navigation bar) 
2. Find the item you would like to add a review to by folder or by search 
3. Click into the product, scroll down, below the product image you will see an icon to Add Review 
4. Toggle the fit if applicable, and select the fit in your opinion 
5. Add a description and save
6. You will now have that item, with a review icon, added to your Reviewed Products folder as well as the existing folder 
7. Now you can add this product, with its review to your new LTK post 
8. Please note: both fit and the description are optional and you can include one without the other. If you do not fill out either section, it will not show to the shopper 

Next, to add a review to a new product, before adding the product to a post - 

1. First, Go to Product Links tab in the LTK Creator iOS App (second tab on the bottom navigation bar) 
2. Tap View all Brands and search for the brand site, then find your product and tap the link icon 
3. Tap Add product review 
4. Toggle the fit if applicable, and select the fit in your opinion 
5. Add a description and save 
6. You will now have that item, with a review icon, added to your Reviewed Products folder as well as the other folder you added it to 

OR 

1. Go to Product Search in the LTK Creator iOS App (last tab on the bottom navigation bar) 
2. Search an item 
3. Tap to add product review 
4. Toggle the fit if applicable, and select the fit in your opinion 
5. Add a description and save

On an Android device?
We are working on adding this to the LTK Android app at a later date, stay tuned. 

How can my Shoppers view these reviews?
Shoppers can now view this information on the LTK post when they look at the product, if they are on the LTK iOS app. Android viewing for shoppers is coming very soon! 

Can you add a review from the posting flow, by adding a product from Brand Sites?
Not for this initial release, but we are working swiftly on adding that function. 

Can I add a review from the web browser Product Link bookmarklet?
Not at this time, we are working on it!

Will the review show up on all of my past and future LTKs that feature that product?
Yes!
