    Grow your audience on LTK and social media channels with three key strategies

     

    Try these three easy strategies to build your audience on LTK and social media channels. 

     

    Create high-quality, original shoppable content

    • Post short, punchy captions on your LTKs. These captions tend to do better than posts with long captions.
      • LTK insight: 25-59 characters is optimal for an LTK post.
    • Keep your social media feed or LTK Shop aesthetically cohesive. First impressions are everything—sharp photography and a balanced content mix are key for building trust and inspiring your audience.  
    • According to Hubspot, social media posts with 1K-2K characters generated twice as many engagements compared to those with under 100 characters.

     

    Be authentic and relatable

    • Your content should be unique and relevant to you in order to truly resonate with your audience. Share products, brands and tips that you love so you become their go-to for must-haves and recommendations. 
      • LTK tip: You are human too, so share the content and products you use in all facets of your life!
    • Expand into new verticals. If your content primarily focuses on fashion, try home and beauty content to expand your product offerings and increase following and earnings.

     

    Engage with your audience

    • Ask questions and get to know your audience. Poll your audience on Instagram Stories or ask them questions in captions. 
      • LTK tip: Ask your audience what they would like to see more of and take action based on their feedback. 
    • Don’t forget community management. Make sure you reply to comments and answer any questions you might get from your audience via comment or direct message. 

     

    Bonus tips

    • Try something new like doing an Instagram or TikTok live so your audience can really get to know. 
    • Post more videos! Share a try-on haul, beauty tutorial, room/home tour, or day in the life video. LTK Video posts.
