    Authenticate Your Social Channels

    Help retailers find you. Drive brand demand by authenticating your social accounts


    Unlock potential collaborations for your business by connecting your social channels to your LTK account. Follow these easy steps to getting set up, and also get help with setting up your business accounts.

     

    REQUIRED: Confirm you have a Professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) that is linked to a Public Facebook Business Page before you begin!

    Note that it may take 24-48 hours for the "Authenticate" button to appear after adding a social channel.

     

     

     

     

    Change Your Personal Instagram to a Business Account

    1. Log into your Instagram Profile you want to set up as a Business account
    2. From your profile page, tap Edit profile located under your Bio
    3. Tap ‘Switch to Professional Account
    4. Then choose a Creator or Business Account
    5. Follow through the steps, and select your Category

     

    Connect Your Public Facebook Business Page with Instagram

    Before you set up authentication on the LTK platform, make sure your Facebook Business page is connected to your Instagram account.

    1. Log into your Instagram profile with your new Professional account
    2. From your profile page, tap ‘Edit Profile’ located under your Bio
    3. Under Profile Information, click on ‘Page’
    4. Select your public Facebook page and follow through the steps
    5. Click ‘Confirm Connection’

     

     

     

     

    Now You Can Authenticate Your Accounts

    Once you’ve set up your professional social accounts and have them linked together, it’s time to get your social channels authenticated on the LTK platform. 

    Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours after adding a social channel for authentication buttons to appear.

    1. Log into LTK with your creator credentials and click the ‘Collaborations’ tab at the top
    2. Tap your creator profile button in the top right-hand corner 
    3. Scroll down to ‘Collaborations Channels’ and select ‘Authenticate’
    4. Hover over the social channel you want to authenticate and select ‘Add Account’
    5. Enter your username and click ‘Add’
    6. Hover over the same social channel, and select ‘Connect’. A popup will appear. 
    7. Log into the social account from the pop-up window to confirm success. The account will display ‘LINKED’ in green.
    8. Repeat steps 1–7 to authenticate each of your social media accounts.
    9. Confirm your Collaborations profile and casting preferences are up-to-date.
